What's best barbarian gear listed?

on d2 classic, my barb used a redbone helm with 37 life, little resists and def with atack rating. and used twitch armor, but what armor is best for bvb or pvp? twitch, rattlecage, or silks? i also use swordback and 139 battle hammer with goblin toe and bloodfist :)
