What is the best time to drink a protein shake?
i'm a vegan and i don't get enough protein, so i'm thinking of adding a homemade protein shake to my daily routine. it will be made from Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk, Trader Joe's Vanilla Soy Protein Powder, frozen strawberries and Hershey's Unsweetened Coco Powder. i also want to use this protein to enhance my work outs since i'm trying to lose weight and building muscle will help a lot. so...when should i drink this protein shake? like, do i drink it for breakfast along with a piece of fruit? or right before my work out? or right after?
