Should I mention it to my best friend?

Well... recently alot has changed. we haven't hung out as much because she has a boyfriend now, and also been hanging out with this other friend of hers more, and less with me. I'm always there for her and bring her coffee on mornings her fam or boyfriend ruin her day, and i'm always here to listen. Recently her mom was in the hospital. My parents drove us down there, and I went with her. Sometimes I feel unappreciated, and the cherry topper.. the other day she said something to me ( not specificly) pretty much saying if her best friend from colorado(they grew up together) was here, she wouldn't need me. specificly " she's my other half bro, like i need her" That's a little bit of a slap in the face to me considering how much i've been there for her... she's been here for me too, but i say thank you. What do I do? Kinda bad timing because her and her boyfriend are having problems.....
