How should I be punished?

Honestly if you are being disrespectful in your mothers home at the age of 23 years old there is not much she can do besides kick you out. I'm sorry to say it but it sounds like maybe that's what she needs to do if you can't seem to be gracious enough to respect your mother who is letting you live there.
