I want to commit suicide please tell me the best medicin to be taken in overdose?

i am under depression from 1 year and i am on medication and i have tried many ways to commit suicide but nothing work.................. i dont have any reason for my depression i have not family problem and even i am topper in my college but i am frustrated of my self
