I have alot of huge pimple scars on my back. how do i get rid of them?

A year ago I would always pick and pop the bumps on my topper back. They were huge and they left huge white scars! I am very protected over it and always makes sure no one sees them. Im missing out on wearing tops I love! Please tell me a way to get rid of the scars!!
