How do you print numbers double sided?

I am trying to print table toppers. These Table toppers will hang from the ceiling. I want them to be numbered on both sides. However, when I print double sided the back page is upside down. For example. One side of the page has a right side up one while the other side is upside down. How do I configure this in microsoft word so that both sides will be matching?
