How can i make the best cake?

my boyfriend's18th is coming up and we're throwing him a small surprise party and we don't have enough money to buy him an amazing cake and i was thinking i would make him one as my grandmother was a professional cake maker and she taught me most things she knows, but im not that good at making cake toppers but i wanted to have one, a motorbike one (he races) that looked identical to his bike. does anyone know anywhere where i can send in a picture and they could make me a topper to order? i live in the UK, Wales so i would prefer UK companies, thanks!
