Custom Wedding Cake Toppers?

My fiance and I are looking for a custom wedding cake topper. We have a year til the wedding so we can wait for some sort of custom creation. The kicker is that she is in a yellow wedding dress and I am a former US Marine so I will be in my uniform. To make it more difficult, she is blind and has a German Shepherd Guide Dog and I have a Borzoi Service Dog. If it is at all possible, we want both of us with our dogs on the top of the cake. I was wondering if anyone out there knows where we can find anything like this. Thanks in advance for the help.
