so every year my neighborhood has like a costume contest thing. im just using one of my previous costumes cause im all out of ideas. but, i want some really cool eye makeup that screams 4th of july. and suggestions on like eye shadow patterns and stuff?

I am American and my fiance is Australian. Chornic itchy ball syndrome?

HI I seem to suffer from CIBS chronic itchy ball syndrome . my sac icthy all the time . I shower daily and always scrub my balls with a goat milk soap and even use lotions. I know i do not have crabs , herpes or warts . I am pretty clean shaven down there so it is not hair affecting it. i do play alot of sports and get really really itchy balls from my jock in baseball . also i wear cotton , polyester , and silk boxers and it still itches . i also wear spanks aka spandex shorts for some sports and there nylon . they still give me the itch fever .

Some tips on how to dye my hair...?

I have black hair (Japanese if that helps), and I just bought this dye Hoyu Bigen Silk Touch Mystic Violet. Before I got the dye, I asked the lady if I had to make my hair lighter to get the color on the box or if I could apply it directly on because it says that the dye is for Asian hair. And she said that I didn't have to lighten it, I would have been reassured but sadly I don't think the lady really understood me...So if there is anyone that knows about this kind of dye, do you think I should just directly put it on my hair without lightening it? Or should I just lighten it just in case? Thanks!!
