Project help: making a wedding dress and need help on what to do!! HELP?

I'm making a wedding dress for a year 12 project and i need glue that dry clear and doesn't stain or change the colour of the material. i am using silk and need to glue small beads on the material.( I can't sew it on as it's in large amounts) ive seen this glue on project run way but not sure where i can get it from or something like that. can anyone please help?? or any ideas on how i can fix it.
